In large amounts, it can lead to medical complications and can even result in death. It is important that you have a handle on your drinking habits and know where the line is dividing use and abuse. Long-term alcohol abuse can lead to some pretty serious changes in health and mental stability. Alcohol abuse changes your metabolism and damages your liver and other organs. Alcohol abuse not only has negative impacts on your health, but also has a negative impact on relationships and other aspects of your life. When struggling with alcohol abuse it may seem as if there is no way out. There is hope for recovery. By becoming aware and accepting of your alcohol abuse, I can help you learn to regain control of your drinking and together we can work towards a brighter future for you.
